Meet Bearcat.

A Spokane-owned heating and cooling company built on the stuff you wish every contractor had: honest work, real respect, and a little personality.

A Note from the Founder

Why we started Bearcat.

I didn’t start Bearcat to launch another HVAC company. There are plenty of those, and most of them are exactly why people dread making the call. I wanted to build the one my own family would actually want to pick up the phone for.

Bearcat the dog isn’t just our mascot. He’s the reminder that you can take the work dead seriously without taking yourself too seriously.

Call us and you get a crew that actually cares about your home and takes pride in doing it right. We let Bearcat think he runs the place. The truth is it’s the team showing up every day, doing the work, and making sure you’re taken care of.

We don’t expect your trust. We plan to earn it.

OUR HISTORY

Carrying on a Spokane HVAC Legacy.

Our team has more than 40 years of combined experience and a shared goal of excellence. When Hurliman Heating & Air Conditioning closed its doors, the Bearcat Heating & Cooling team stepped in to uphold the legacy of service and reliability that customers depend on.

We’re proud to serve Spokane, the same neighborhoods, with the same values, and a fresh face that’s just as committed to doing things right.

Spokane pride

"We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we take your home seriously."

Proud to Serve

Spokane is home.

We live here, work here, and the people next door actually are our neighbors. Every job is for someone we’ll probably run into at the grocery store, and that keeps us honest. That’s how we like it.

Less Corporate. More Bearcat.

That’s the promise, and it shows up on every call, every visit, every season.
